Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The products available for purchase on our web site are downloadable and functional. If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared your license to use the software will be activated. Once the license is activated, no refunds will be given for the first month (30 days) of service. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software.

If you are unsatisfied with our product(s) you may cancel at any time, to cancel send an email request with your contact information and service(s) you wish to cancel to Support@GamerParentsInc.com

Once the cancelation is processed you will NOT be charged after the cancelled month. Your license to use the software and/or access the necessary on-line servers or license managers will no longer be available at the end of the current paid month. Our Customer Support Department will contact you, via email, with confirmation of your cancellation.

If you have purchased your product or subscription from a Value Added Reseller, contact your Reseller for your cancellation. However, it important for you to know that if you purchased your software or user license from one of our on-line retailers, Gamer Parents Inc. may not be able to provide a refund on that product. Purchases made from other online retailers are subject to the terms and conditions found on their respective websites and refund requests must be made through their respective processes.

Refunds

In rare instances and only within 30 days of purchase, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the software will not function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, we require that you provide enough information for us to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your name, date of transaction, purchase code, device utilized, number of licenses purchased, etc.). If we are able to positively identify your order, and if your request is made within 30 days of purchase, you must submit to us an email or letter of destruction of the software before we will process the refund. Gamer Parents Inc. is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail or email, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays. In most instances, once purchase is made, it’s non- refundable and non-transferable.

Acceptance of this Refund/Cancellation Policy

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy. If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
